Raynor Commercial Aspen AP138C is 1-3/8″ thick with a 13.0 R-value perfect for the RV or boat storage garage and matches the raised colonial, raised ranch, recessed grooved colonial, recessed grooved ranch, mixed panel, plank or flush look of the residential Aspen doors. Available in multiple colors or woodgrain finishes.

Aspen AP138C Features and Options

Beautiful and rugged, Raynor Aspen AP138C steel residential garage doors have the following features and available options:

WeatherLock™ Section Joints

Raynor’s proprietary WeatherLock section joint has continuous thermal break and air seal between steel garage door sections. This modified tongue-in-groove joint provides exceptional strength, while effectively locking out both air and water infiltration into the garage’s interior.

NeuFoam™ Polyurethane Insulation

State-of-the-art NeuFoam polyurethane insulation is blown between the door’s steel skins and expands to fill 100% of the door’s interior space. This delivers the industry’s best insulation efficiency and provides for maximum structural integrity and strength. Provides an 13.0 R-value.

Hot-dipped Galvanized Steel Track

All Raynor custom-fit tracks are constructed from heavy-gauge steel for maximum stability and long life. Made specifically to order, our track is adjustable so your door always fits perfectly against your door opening, preventing energy loss.

Raynor’s optional EnduraCote system includes white powder coated track, end stiles and hinges, black powder coated extended life springs and torsion bar.

Customized Track and Hardware Systems

Track systems are supplied to fit special clearances, inclines or contour applications. Hardware and track systems can be designed to fit any need. Additional trussing is available for special windloading applications.

In applications where control and access are important, choose from a variety of locking options to help keep your building secure. Locks come in both inside and outside variations.

High-cycle Counterbalance Systems

For reliable operation in high-traffic areas, choose high-cycle torsion springs with 25,000, 50,000 or 100,000-cycle life. For reduced maintenance and ultra-smooth operation in heavy-use applications, choose a weight counterbalance system.
