Katy Chandler has been promoted to a newly created position of Vice President of Learning and Development of DuraServ Corp.

In this new position, Katy will be responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of all employee learning, development, and training programs. Katy began her career with DuraServ in 2001 and has steadily taken on more responsibility throughout the functional areas of the business; allowing her to grow her skill set and garner the experience to excel in this new role.
